Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

C.C. RIDER provides a limited warranty, for all products to be free of any manufactured defects in material and quality, for a
period of one year from the date of purchase. C.C. RIDER will repair or replace, at C.C. RIDER's discretion, any product which is
defective in material or quality. Original purchase receipt must be provided to obtain a limited warranty repair or replacement,
through the ORIGINAL SELLER.
C.C. RIDER will ensure that the products are in good condition and well packaged before product is shipped out. However, if
damage has been found upon receiving the product, please take photos of the box, packaging, and merchandise and to contact
your ORIGINAL SELLER within 24 hours of receipt. Any damage caused by freight will need to be handled by the
ORIGINALSELLER with a freight claim on the carrier they use. Original packaging and box must be kept until a claim has been
filed.

WHAT IS COVERED
Manufacturer defects in material and quality are covered in this limited warranty. ORIGINAL SELLER must be notified within 24
hours of any apparent defect. Any and all returns must be processed through the ORIGINAL SELLER with original receipt and
photos of damage and/or defective merchandise and/or packaging.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
C.C. RIDER does not warranty any product damaged from shipping, abuse, lack of maintenance, or is not used for its intended
purpose. Normal wear and tear are excluded. The limited warranty does not cover or apply to any loss or damage to the
motorcycle. Other damage to items or persons, which may have been caused by the defective product, does not apply to
personal injury, repair or any incidental costs caused by the defective product. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES OR INCIDENTAL EXPENSES, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO PROPERTY ARE NOT COVERED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW
THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR
EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

WARRANTY COVERAGE
At the discretion of C.C. RIDER, the damaged product will be repaired to C.C. RIDER's current design standard or replaced at C.C.
RIDER's cost with either an identical product or our most equivalent current product.

DISCLAIMER OF OTHER WARRANTIES
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE, ON THIS
PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY
APPLICABLE LAW. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY WILL LAST, SO THE
PRECEDING LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF RETAIL PURCHASE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW
LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. To the
extent any provision of this warranty is prohibited by federal, state, or municipal law and cannot be preempted, it shall not be
applicable, nevertheless, it shall not impact the validity of the entire warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and
you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

JURISDICTION
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, and any applicable federal laws of the United States. Any
action brought seeking the resolution of, any controversy arising out of, or relating to any warranties referenced herein, shall be
brought in the courts of the state of California, County of Los Angeles.
